I catered my first outdoor tented garden wedding reception on May 27, 1990 at a farmhouse in Stockton New Jersey belonging to Maeve and Wayne. It was
grand, and included pony rides for the kids, trumpet fanfares, a jazz band, bocce ball, the finest champagne, and the bride and groom actually departed the reception for their honeymoon in a hot
air balloon! It was MAGICAL!
