Meetings at Mercer Museum
Mercer Museum actually consists of two separate, but connected, historic buildings, the Elkins Gallery and Mercer Museum, the 7-level castle. The elegant Elkins Art Gallery is the "dining room" of the museum. A baby grand piano and two fireplaces with mantels flank the intimate room. The castle museum, available to your guests, was built by famed archeologist Dr. Henry Chapman Mercer to display the thousands of early American artifacts he had collected.

Seasonally, the garden tent is included in your rental, offering a beautiful outdoor site for cocktails. Alternatively, the white garden tent seats up to 120 guests for dinner. Capacity in the air - conditioned Elkins Building, with dancing, is 80 for seated dinner. Combined capacity in the building and tent is 150 for dinner with dancing. The in-town village setting, Museum grounds and expansive lawn offers ample space for an al fresco ceremony, unique photo sites or simply strolling away from the crowd for a quiet moment.

Please contact Memorable Affairs for date availability and site inspection.
